If i cant park in driveway or half up on the curb where am i able to park legally?

Im going to my son and his fiance who live in Aura on Xmas day. If i cant park in driveway or half up on the curb where am i going to be able to park legally. I will have a 7kg glazed ham, esky and presents to take, so cant catch a bus which is what the council would have told me to do. I dont want a fine, i pay rates, car registration.Never had a speeding ticket DONT WANT A PARKING FINE FOR VISITING MY FAMILY

Can we please have some explanation as to why the blatant cash grab by council. Has the mayor spent so much of our ratepayers money moving the council to Maroochydore, trying to attract developers for casinos and other large scale development

How is Council going to ensure tourism to the Sunshine Coast doesn’t suffer?

How is Council going to ensure tourism to the Sunshine Coast doesn’t suffer because of the parking issues with an overkill of yellow lines and heavy handedness of parking officers. I think it should also be brought to her attention that an officer employed by Council told a citizen of the Sunshine Coast “go back to where you came from you gook” or something like that.

These laws where created…when? I am quite sure that it was before the advent of such narrow road building. It needs to be legal to put two wheels on curb as long as it’s not impeding a CONCRETE path!!
